Organisation leaders know what innovation is and that transformation starts with people, mindsets and culture. The problem is that many organisations tend to rush into big transformation projects and the message this sends to their employees is that they are the problem and need to change. So it is not surprising that these projects are so difficult and meet with so much resistance.
Our approach is to engage people, establish the business purpose and bridge it to each employees’ purpose through a shared set of values and innovation traits that the business wants to nurture. When businesses find and communicate their values, and employees rediscover their own innovation traits and can connect them to the organisation, transformation no longer needs to be forced upon them.
Meiting has over 10 years of experience in talent acquisition in both in-house and consultancy companies across various industries such as fast-moving consumer goods, visual effects, and animation.
